Belvedere" is a
characteristic apartment (85sq.meters) located on the
top floor of a
XIX century building in the
historic centre of Florence, just a short distance from the most important museums. Easily accessible on foot.
THE LOCATION
The apartment has been recently restructured and it is situated in a very pleasant and characteristic area full of craftsmen's shops and local restaurants and just a short walk from the flea market" and from the historic food market of Sant'Ambrogio.
THE ACCOMMODATION
It' located on the 3rd floor (no lift): living/dining room, going up a flight of
stairs you reach onto a terrace with exceptional view onto the Cathedral, Giotto's bell Tower and with a 360° view of the city.
Kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, going up another flight of stairs you reach onto mansard with 1 bathroom and 1 single bed (for 1 person).
Satellite TV, DVD, wireles internet, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, cooker, toaster, filter coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and iron board, autonomous gas heating.
Comfortable furnishings and in part made up of period pieces.

Belvedere truly became our home away from home - we love it!
